I have heard that the salt does not take so long, it is true? I have also heard that counterfeit and harden, but not sure. I also heard that silicone implants have been improved for Arent dangerous, but I'm still skeptical. How much time each morning and are the best?

Saline solution is your best option, which basically salt water. that if (God), if the breach could not harm your body ... Silicone on the other hand, is a man with materials that know what the real substance ... and with all the hype that last year I never trust a silicone implant.
